Over-the-horizon Air Combat Capability Evaluation of Fighter Plane based on Modified AHP

The targets system of over-the-horizon air combat capability evaluation for fighter plane was built up based on the battle mode of the overthe-horizon air combat.The Nonlinear S-type derivable function is used for the date standardizing,and the modified AHP for the targets aggregating.Finally, the usability is verified through calculation example of four fighter planes.
