Brake treadle and clutch treadle assembly

2006
The utility model relates to a brake pedal and a clutch pedal assembly, which is characterized in that the braking pedal and the clutch pedal are respectively first connected on the same pedal shaft, and then mounted on a support. The general clutch pump and the brake valve are mounted on the support through bolts. A brake lamp switch, an air exhaust brake clutch switch and a speed transmission shifting protection switch are mounted on the support through adjustable nuts. The clutch pedal and the brake pedal are provided with reset springs. The arm of the brake pedal is connected with a thread fork and a push rod, on the support a cushion and a non-metallic pad are mounted. The liquid-storage cup of the clutch is integrated on the assembly. The brake pedal and clutch pedal are mounted on the solid diecast support, which is favorable for adjusting the travel of the pedal and inspection of the performance of the total assembly, and for reducing noise when the pedal resets and impact on the support when the pedal resets; is easy for assembling, maintaining and replacing the cabin in future. With the pedal sleeve of special structure, the driver can be protected from inserting his foot below the pedal when his leg is moving from the acceleration pedal to the brake pedal.
