Ювенильный идиопатический артрит с системным началом: клинические особенности течения

Arthritis with systemic onset is different from various courses of juvenile idiopathic arthritis by marked gravity of general inflammatory response, expressed number of syndromes, severe functional deficiency in acute period and high risk from arthritis development in prognosis of arthritis deformans. This paper describes the place of arthritis with systemic onset in the structure of juvenile idiopatic arthritis and presents specific features of clinical courses and results depending on different therapeutic schemes applied.
