Patients with low gradient (LG) severe aortic stenosis (AS) have poor improvement of hemodynamic performance after transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). Therefore, we hypothesized that LG would be associated with the smaller reduction of left ventricular mass after TAVI.
