A Survey of Organizational Situation of Migrant Workers

Since the 14th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Unions,organizations of migrant workers have gained more attention,especially trade unions of migrant workers.Although migrant workers have their formal organization,trade union,but informal organizations are also the main part.In order to promote organizational construction of migrant workers,we must research on characteristics,conditions,functions and management policies of the informal organizations.
