Adenosquamous Carcinoma of the Maxillary Sinus; A Case Report.

Adenosquamous carcinoma of the paranasal sinuses is an extremely rare neoplasm.We report a 64-year-old man with adenosquamous carcinoma of the right maxillary sinus together with hepatocellular carcinoma.The patient underwent exploratory maxillotomy and received 50 Gy of radiation plus chemotherapy, and the tumor responded completely. However, the patient died of esophageal variceal rupture 7 months after the therapy.
