AbstractRelief of cancer-related pain remains challenging despite the availability of a range of opioid and nonopioid medications. Animal models demonstrate that T lymphocytes may mediate analgesia by producing endogenous opioids, but definitive clinical data are limited. Transfer of ex vivo adoptiv
