Wegener's granulomatosis presenting as pyoderma gangrenosum.
1982
Summary
This case report illustrates that pyoderma gangrenosum may be the only presenting feature of Wegener's granulomatosis. The pyoderma gangrenosum lesions were in this case effectively treated by minocycline hydrochloride but this did not prevent the later manifestations of Wegener's granulomatosis from developing.
