The present invention relates to a radio telephone watch (1) for use in a mobile communication system, this watch (1) comprising in particular a housing (2) and a strap (3) for supporting said watch (1) at wrist. According to the present invention, this watch further comprises a storage (4), associated with a first strand (31) of said strap (3) capable of receiving in a removable manner, a SIM card (10) for accessing said mobile communication system, an electronic module (5) disposed in said housing (2) of the watch and for accessing data stored on said SIM card (10), and electrical connection means (6) between said card SIM (10) and said electronic module (5) integrated in said first strand (31) of the bracelet (3). According to the present invention, a device (7) for closing said bracelet (3) is further preferably associated with said rack (4).
