Recognition of teachers' role in TBL English class

The application of TBL in foreign language classroom has effectively promoted the implementation of student-centered teaching theory. However, many teachers' misunderstanding and the inappropriate positioning of their role have greatly hampered TBL teaching practice. This paper analyzes several common misunderstandings of teachers' role in TBL class and proposes suggestions accordingly, with the expectation of improving TBL teaching efficiency to a certain degree.
