Method for extracting 1-deoxynojirimycin from mulberry leaves

The invention relates to a method for extracting 1-deoxynojirimycin from mulberry leaves. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh mulberry leaves, drying and pulverizing, wherein the diameter of the pulverized mulberry leaves is up to 0.1-1cm; then, uniformly mixing the pulverized mulberry leaves and extraction solvent according to a certain proportion, and placing the mixture into a trough of an ultra-micro pulverizer to pulverize, wherein pulverization and extraction are carried out simultaneously; and after the extraction is finished, centrifuging feed liquid, taking supernate, dewatering and drying to obtain powder. By using the method, the extraction efficiency is increased, the processing process is simplified, the introduction of substances such as flocculating agent and the like is reduced, and therefore, the subsequent purification and separation operations are more favorably carried out.
