A fixing, heating and negative-pressure controlling method of a microporous membrane cup and a fixing support for the microporous membrane cup

A fixing, heating and negative-pressure controlling method of a microporous membrane cup, and a fixing support for the microporous membrane cup are disclosed. The fixing support comprises a flexible cup support. The flexible cup support comprises the microporous membrane cup and a cup support base plate which are tightly adhered. A position of the cup support base plate, which is corresponding to the mounting position of the microporous membrane cup, is provided with cup support base plate mesh holes. A negative-pressure sealing bowl is disposed right below the cup support base plate mesh holes, is embedded into a support plate and tightly locked to the cup support base plate through a fixing buckle. The lower end of the negative-pressure sealing bowl is connected to a negative pressure device attracting contents downward. The objective of the invention is to provide the method and the fixing support, and therefore the microporous membrane cup can be conveniently, automatically and rapidly fixed, automatic integrated operation of fixation, dyeing, negative pressure control and heating is achieved, operating steps are reduced, operating time is saved, and transferring steps are reduced during sample detection so that precision is higher.
