The invention discloses a method and a device for grabbing and releasing multiple water nozzles in an underground environment. The method is characterized in that a releasing assembly is arranged in an outer releasing tube of a releasing machine implemented in the method, and the outer releasing tube below the releasing assembly is connected with an accommodating bin; the multiple water nozzles are stored in the accommodating bin; a retractable releasing arm is arranged on the releasing assembly; when required to be released, the water nozzles in the accommodating bin are sequentially taken out from the accommodating bin via the releasing arm so as to be connected with underground water flow regulators; when required to be grabbed, the water nozzles on the different water flow regulators are sequentially taken down via the releasing arm and are placed into the accommodating bin. The method and the device have the advantages that operation for releasing or grabbing the water nozzles can be performed on the multiple underground water flow regulators by one-step well descending, so that the work efficiency for releasing or fishing the water nozzles in the underground environment is greatly improved; accidents that the water nozzles drop and fall into a well are prevented in a procedure that the outer releasing tube releases the water nozzles to the underground environment or lifts the water nozzles from the underground environment, and the manufacturability is good; the method and the device are applicable to releasing underground instruments and equipment of oilfields, and are particularly suitable for releasing instruments with structures similar to those of the water nozzles.
