The invention relates to a method for detecting oligomer formation rate of alpha-synuclein in the plasma. The method includes steps of: conducting oscillation incubation on a recombinant human alpha-synuclein and plasma under certain temperature to aggregate into oligomer, determining the content of alpha-synuclein oligomer by an ELISA method, and calculating the oligomer formation rate of alpha-synuclein in the plasma according to the content ratio of oligomer in the total alpha-synuclein.
