Duodenal PEComa: A review of literature

Abstract Perivascular Epitheliod cell tumours (PEComas) are rare mesenchymal tumours characterised by co-expression of melanocytic and myocytic markers. These tumours rarely occur in the gastrointestinal tract. The authors present a case of duodenal PEComa in a 34-year-old man.
