The Study on New Marriage Law from a Perspective of Adult Education

The new judicial interpretation of marriage law has been formally implemented.In a certain period of time it will exert great influence of the superstructure— as "force" and "persuasion".Marital relations will achieve the transition from identity to contract;female consciousness will transit from dependence to independence;family values will transit from the material guide up to the spirit guide.Rational adult should see the law as a kind of education and deal with the issues of life such as power,fame,emotion and human relation emerged in marriage justly and wisely.
