Construction and application of the integrated stomatology teaching system for medical students in non-stomatology program

With the rapid development of medical science,the importance of stomatology is increasing.In the long-term stomatology teaching,to solve the problems such as more teaching contents and relatively few teaching hours,we had applied an audio-visual aids stomatology teaching method in the teaching of medical students in non-stomatology program.And also,we constructed the integrated stomatology teaching system based on an audio-visual aids teaching method,by adapted the syllabus,composed nosocomial trial textbook,enriched multimedia courseware and teaching model,optimized the combination scheme of class period in lectures and practice,combined with class test,sectional examination and psychology questionnaire,made a quantitative evaluation of the teaching effect,paid attention to teacher training and teaching team building,and carried out a series of supporting reform on the conventional teaching.In the teaching practice,good teaching effects had been achieved and recognized by the students.We believe that the integrated stomatology teaching system can be promoted and applied in the teaching for medical students in non-stomatology program.
