Use of a compound of formula (I): (see formula) wherein phenyl is substituted at X with one to five atoms selected from the group halogen consisting of fluorine, chlorine, bromine and iodine; and R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C4 alkyl; It is optionally substituted C1-C4 phenyl (the phenyl being optionally substituted with substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkyl, amino, nitro and cyano); for the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention or treatment of bipolar disorders.
