Calling method and device

The invention provides a calling method and device. The method comprises the steps that when a client meets a first preset condition, a calling signal for a first telephone set is sent to a server, so that when the server receives the calling signal, the server controls an office network stored program control exchanger to make a second telephone set connected with the client ring; when the second telephone set meets a second condition, the client makes a call to the first telephone set. By the adoption of the calling method and device, due to the fact that the client and the office telephone sets are bound, the client can simulate the office telephone sets to make a call, the problem that before a user makes a call, the user needs to look up a paper address book tediously and dial a number manually referring to the paper address book is solved, making a call is convenient, and office efficiency is improved.
