Organic light-emitting display part and organic light-emitting display device

The embodiment of the invention discloses an organic light-emitting display part and an organic light-emitting display device. The organic light-emitting display part comprises a first electrode and a second electrode which are arranged oppositely, a light-emitting layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a cover cap layer, wherein the cover cap layer is positioned on the side surface, departing from the light-emitting layer, of the second electrode, the cover cap is formed by laminating one or more films, at least one film of the cover cap layer is a composite layer, and the constituent materials of the composite layer contain an organic material and a metal dopant. In the embodiment of the invention, the metal dopant is of good reflection and refraction characteristics, and obvious reduction of the refractive index of the cover cap layer cannot be caused when the organic material is doped in the metal dopant, so that the luminous efficiency of the cover cap layer cannot be influenced, and high refraction index and luminous efficiency of the cover cap layer are guaranteed; and after light rays emergent from the light-emitting layer enter into the cover cap layer, the metal dopant can be used for reflecting and refracting the light rays, so that the propagation directions of the part of the light rays change and are scattered towards different directions, and the color cast phenomenon can be weakened.
