Chimeric antigen receptor and natural killer cells expressing same

The present invention relates to a chimeric antigen receptor and natural killer cells expressing the same and, more particularly, to a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) comprising an intracellular signaling domain including all or a part of an OX40 ligand (CD252), thereby having an excellent anticancer activity enhancing effect on immune cells, and immune cells expressing the same.
