Human antibodies against Plasmodium falciparum MSP-3 antigen

The construction of recombinant human antibodies against P. falciparum MSP-3 (merozoite surface protein), in particular MSP-3 194-257 antigen, is described. Iu is intended that the antibodies be used for the diagnosis and treatment of malaria. A method of screening a phage library with target molecules, such as MSP-3 antigen, bound to beads, preferably magnetic microspheres, is also described.
