The Examination and Classification of Airborne LIDAR Data

Airborne LIDAR -- Light Detection and Ranging -- system is a new type of remote sensing data and the inevitable direction of remote sensing development in the future. Laser pin point contains a lot of information, such as the flat position, altitude, time, intensity and echo and so on. This article focuses on the role of laser intensity information in the LIDAR data examination and processing.
