The invention relates to the wireless communication field, and particularly relates to a method for judging a scooter residual electricity quantity driving distance. The method includes the steps: step S100, current position information sent by a scooter is real-timely received by an intelligent terminal, is used as starting position information and is saved; step S200, the scooter residual electricity quantity is detected, a current drivable maximum straight-line distance of the scooter is calculated, and an optional range of a destination address is delimited; step S300, a straight-line distance between destination position information and the starting position information is calculated; and step S400, the intelligent terminal judges whether the destination address corresponding to the destination position information is included in the optional range of the destination address. The method has the beneficial effects that through searching a destination before travelling, a user can know whether the destination can be reached with the residual electricity quantity of the scooter in advance, if the destination is displayed to be not reached with the residual electricity quantity of the scooter, the scooter is charged or subjected to other treatments in advance, so as to avoid from being trapped in the journey due to lack of electric quantity.
