Electric susceptibility and d.c. conductivity of crystalline TTFTCNQ

1976
Abstract An experimental study has been made of the intrinsic d.c. and microwave conductivity of “high purity” crystalline TTFTCNQ. The maximum normalized peak conductivity in each case was found to be about 50 times the room temperature value. The cavity perturbation technique, used to determine the microwave conductivity and low temperature dielectric constant, is also shown to be a useful contactless method for measuring the thermal expansion.
