Comparison of effects of sufentanil and fentanyl in labor analgesia under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia

2019
Objective To compare and analyze the practical value of fentanyl and sufentanil in labor analgesia under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Methods A total of 120 parturients with natural delivery admitted in Binzhou Central Hospital from February 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects. Random number table method was used to divide the patients into control group and research group, with 60 cases in each group. The study group received sufentanil combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, and the control group received fentanyl combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia. The actual value of fentanyl and sufentanyl in labor analgesia with lumbar epidural anesthesia were compared and analyzed. Results The interval between analgesia and initial administration in the study group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P 0. 05). At T2, T3 and T4, the VAS score in the study group decreased more than that at T1 in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions Sufentanil combined with spinal and epidural block is effective and safe to protect the quality of life and physical and mental health of mother and child. Key words: Labor analgesia; Sufentanil; Fentanyl; Combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia
