Investigation and identification of fungal diseases damaged to Jatropha curcas.

Investigation and identification of four fungal diseases damaged to Jatropha curcas and their pathogens were implemented at Yuanyang Jatropha curcas Seed-breeding Farm of Yunnan province.The fungal diseases and their pathogens were leaf spot caused by Mycosphaerella aleuritidis,powdery mildew by Oidium leucoconium,blight by Pestalotiopsis heterocornis and anthracnose by Colletotrichum sp.The symptom of diseases,morphological character of pathogens and the measures for the control of diseases were described.
