The invention relates to a method for building routing, which comprises: broadcasting routing request grouping by a source node, selecting a reverse route with the minimum routing cost value from a receiving node to a sending node according to the hop routing cost value by the node which receives routing request grouping, updating the request grouping routing cost value, then, transmitting the routing request grouping until a destination node receives the routing request grouping, sending routing response grouping by the destination node along the reverse route, selecting a forward route with the minimum routing cost value from the sending node to the receiving node according to the hop routing cost value by the node which receives the routing response grouping, updating response grouping routing cost value, then transmitting the routing response grouping unit the source node receives the routing response grouping, and sending service grouping by the source node along the forward route. The method has the advantages that the node energy consumption is small, the throughput is high, the transmission collision of the service grouping is little, delay and grouping loss rate is low, and the like, and the energy efficiency and the transmission efficiency of the network can be effectively improved.
