PENGARUH KUALITAS E-FILING DAN KUALITAS E-BILLING TERHADAP KEPUASAN WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI DI KPP PRATAMA ILIR BARAT PALEMBANG

This study aims to test and provide empirical evidence about the effect of e-filing quality and e-billing quality on individual taxpayers satisfaction in KPP Pratama Ilir Barat Palembang. Respondents in this study are individual taxpayers in KPP Pratama Ilir Barat Palembang. The total sample are 100 respondents. The sampling method used was simple random sampling method. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, e-filing quality and the e-billing quality have simultenously effect on individual taxpayers satisfaction in KPP Pratama Ilir Barat Palembang. Partially, the e-filing quality has a significant effect on individual taxpayers satisfaction in KPP Pratama Ilir Barat Palembang, and the e-billing quality has a significant effect on individual taxpayers satisfaction in KPP Pratama Ilir Barat Palembang. The result of this study is expected to provide insight for individual taxpayers and KPP Pratama Ilir Barat Palembang about e-filing quality and e-billing quality.
