전동차용 추진제어장치(VVVF Inverter) 강제냉각특성 연구

A cooling device for dissipating heat generated by power semiconductors of IGBT when switching the driving control device effectively is required. This cooling method to be used is natural cooling, forced cooling, water cooling method. It will be described with respect to cooling capacity selection and considerations with respect to the forced cooling of the propulsion control apparatus for the electric vehicles. Also explains the nature of the fans, forced cooling methods apply when air and wind speed will be considered with respect to the efficiency and capacity selection methods depending on driving patterns and operations of the real train.
