Double-face warming jacquard fabric with additional weft stitching structure

The invention relates to double-face warming jacquard fabric with an additional weft stitching structure. The double-face warming jacquard fabric is formed in such a manner that two groups of wraps and five groups of wefts are interwoven. Right and back sides of double-face warming jacquard fabric are made by 20/22D mulberry silk, as two groups of wefts and 5/20/22D mulberry silk, as A and B warps. The middle layer is made by C wefts, 40s charcoal viscose blended yarns, as additional wefts. The back side is made by 5/20/22D mulberry silk as D wefts and E wefts. The arraignment ratio of wefts for A wefts, B wefts, C wefts, D wefts and E wefts is 1:1:1:1:1.The pattern of the right side has four colors and the pattern of the back side has five colors. Two independent patterns are superposed by applying weaving CAD. After superposing operation, twenty kinds of colors and structures are obtained. The double-face warming jacquard fabric with the additional weft stitching structure has following beneficial effects: by utilizing charcoal viscose blended yarns as additional wefts of the double-face special-effect jacquard fabric, warming performance of the fabric is improved; and yarns are concealed between right and back sides of the fabric without affecting the skin-friendly property and external effect of mulberry silk as surface wefts.
