혈관문합링(AnaFix) 제작시 사출온도 변화가 인장강도 및 점탄성 거동에 미치는 영향

2011
This study was provided to evaluate tensile strength and viscoelastic behavior of non-absorbable anastomotic ring (AnaFix) made of HDPE on different injection molding temperatures (180 to 220 ).Generally the deformation behavior of polymeric materials based on engineering stress-strain curve is complex because of highly inhomogeneous nature of plastic deformation in paricular necking. Therefore we tried to determine about mechanical behavior of HDPE in this study. The most important test of a material’s mechanical response is the tensile test. Due to comparing the stress, strain, Young"s modulus, and some factors at a transition point through tensile tests of AnaFix, temperature- and time-dependent behavior was confirmed. The type of failure for rings by tensile load was defined as three types, Q, C, W. And the form of a breakage could depend on the tensile properties. However as a result of changes in stress at elastic domain of stress-strain behavior on time, specific features by injection molding temperature were not found. Also viscoelasticity from parameter-β was not distinguished by all of temperatures.
