Гигиеническое обоснование оценки профессионального риска работающих при добыче угля открытым способом

The hygienic estimation of labor conditions of the workers engaged in open coal output is characterized by a complex of adverse factors of working environment and labor process in a combination with minetechnical, natural-climatic features of Kuzbass. Based on the data of hygienic investigations a priori estimation of professional risk for the workers' health due to the exposure of toxic substances, aerosols, noise and vibration is given. The highest rates of occupational disease incidence and professional risk are registered in operators of mine-technologic equipment, of boring installations, drivers of technological vehicle. Experience increase in all the production-professional groups results in the rise of disease incidence of the workers with the maximal rates at the experience of 20 years and more. The criteria of the estimation of occupational pathology risks and specific effects in the workers of basic production-professional groups in coal pits due to the influence of adverse factors of industrial environment are substantiated in view of dose-temporary loading.
