The introduction of Industrialised Building System (IBS) has gained much attention from Malaysia government. Several of incentive has been taken in order to increase the adoption of IBS among construction practitioner in Malaysia. This is due to advantages of implementation of IBS such as increasing quality and productivity of project. An appropriate adoption of IBS also reduced project duration, and overall cost of project.
