Клинические варианты реактивного артрита у детей

2001
Summary The complex research was conducted in 71 children with various variants of reactive arthritis (ReA). Monoarthntis proceeded mainly as a local lesion of the knee joint; oligoarthritis distinguished with its injuring of knee, ankle and tarsal-metatarsal joints; polyarthritis was characterized by frequent lesion of hands and feet joints (along with knee and ankle), entesopathy, lymphadenopathy, Reiter’s syndrom. The antigen HLA-B27 is the marker of polyand oligoarticular variants of disease. ReA in HLA-B27-positive patients was characterized mainly by poly-and oligoarthritis, entesopathy, system alterations, high humoral activity. Patients with the negative HLA-B27 had arthritis proceeding mostly as a local process with injuring of one or two-three joints. Synovitis in HLA-B27-positive patients distinguished with its more acute exudative and proliferative inflammatory changes than in HLA-B27negative children.
