A piezo-electric screw thread driving device which adopts Langevin vibrator structure belongs to the technical field of accurate drive and accurate machinery, which is characterized in that the driving device comprises a stator which is formed by two symmetric portions, a screw thread rod which is connected with the stator through a screw thread, a plurality layers of piezo-electric ceramics which take circular ring shape and are used as an exciting component group and fixing components, wherein two portions of the stator are both formed by a circular plate and a circular tube, the circular tube is fixed and vertical to the circular plate and extended to the two laterals of the circular plate, a through hole is arranged on the edge of the circular plate, the screw thread rod is connected with the inner screw thread of the circular tube through the outer screw thread on the screw thread rod, the exciting component group is formed by four piezo-electric ceramic sheets and four electrodesheets which are alternately arrayed, the fixing component a screw bolt and a female screw, the two symmetric portions of the stator and the exciting component group which is clipped between the two symmetric portions are fixed by the fixing component, a common shaft of the circular plate and the circular tube of the stator is formed by the exciting component group and the screw thread rod. Compared with the prior art, the driving device can output larger propulsion, fatigue resistance of ceramic is good, and manufacturing technique is easy to microminiaturize.
