Technique for producing ceramic tile with surface having stereo sandrock effect

2008
The invention discloses a process for producing a ceramic brick with stereoscopic sandstone effect on the surface. The process comprises: a first step, mixing powder according to a proportion, conveying the powder to a press die with surface-embossed oblique texture, pressing the powder, and then drying the powder; a second step, applying a bottom color glaze to a brick through a first glaze cabinet, and applying a surface color glaze to the brick through a second glaze cabinet, wherein nozzles on the first glaze cabinet and the second glaze cabinet are staggered; a third step, after glaze application, printing stone like patterns of fancy glaze to carry out embossing; a fourth step, after the embossing is ended, lightening particles and dotting the brick through a first dotting cabinet and a second dotting cabinet; and a fifth step, after the production steps, feeding the brick into a kiln and sintering the brick to obtain a finished brick, namely, the ceramic brick with the stereoscopic sandstone effect on the surface. By applying the glaze with the effect of simulating dry particles to the brick surface, the glaze can reach the effect of like sandstone after final sintering; therefore, the production cost can be effectively saved, and the color is richer and more natural.
