Comprehensive Development of Teacher College in 21th century

In this new century, higher teaching education are confronted with new challenge. In order to face the challenge, higher normal colleges must develop towards comprehensive direction. This article analyzes the tendency of reformation and development of higher normal college and approach the ways to deal with the comprehensive development.
