Method and system for providing broadband access and telephone service on cable television network

The invention is a method and system for providing wideband accessing and telephone service on wired television network. The method is: when in downstream service: each kind of digital subscriber line signal transmitted to user and analog voice signal are blended into the first mixed signal to be transmitted; the received first mixed signal and the wired television signal are blended into the second mixed signal, and it is transmitted to the user terminal side through radio frequency cable; the second mixed signal is separated into data signal, voice signal and radio signal for user. In upstream service: the data signal and analog voice signal transmitted by user are blended into the third mixed signal, and transmitted through radio frequency cable; the third mixed si8ngal is transformed and forms the fourth mixed signal and transmits; the transformed signal is separated into data signal and analog voice signal, and the data signal is demodulated and transmitted to the exchange device, and the analog voice signal is converted into IP voice signal and transmitted to the exchanging device.
