The concentration dependence of the abiabatic compressibility of aqueous sodium chloride solutions has been determined in the concentration range from zero to the solubility limit at five temperatures: 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30˚C. A simple model, based on the hypothesis of existence of hydration spheres and their overlap with increasing salt concentration, is used to interpret the data
