The invention discloses an electromagnetic excitation magnetic bead rotary type microbiological aerosol collecting and enriching instrument which comprises a bracket, an axial fan, an air outlet cavity, a collector, a power electronic unit and an excitation coil group; the collector, the air outlet cavity and the axial fan are fixedly arranged on the bracket, the air outlet cavity is sleeved with the collector, and the collector is used for containing the collected liquid; the axial fan is arranged above the air outlet cavity and used for collecting air samples to be detected and inputting the air sample to the collected liquid of the collector through an air outlet in the lower end of the air outlet cavity; the excitation coil group is connected with the power electronic unit, used for generating a rotary magnetic field and arranged on the outer side of the collector and in the bracket. According to the instrument, the rotary magnetic field is generated through magnet exciting coils, immunomagnetic beads are controlled to rotate in the collected liquid, and the possibility of meeting the aerosol is increased. By means of the electromagnetic excitation magnetic bead rotary type microbiological aerosol collecting and enriching instrument, microbiological aerosol in air is captured efficiently, meanwhile microbiological samples can be enriched specifically, and the instrument is particularly suitable for monitoring of microbial pathogens in environment air.
