Expression of genes controlling perfect state and melanin in Magnaporthe grisea

Results indicated that perfect state was controlled by two genes, named as PS1 and PS2, but melanin only controlled by one gene, named as M. These results would provide theoretical instruction for rice breeding resistance to blast disease and developing anti-penetrant fungicides.
