Nano pcr kit and its application for the detection of NDV

The present invention discloses a nano-PCR kit and its application for the detection of NDV. The kit comprises a 5 × reverse transcriptase buffer, dNTP Mixture, reverse transcriptase, RNA inhibitors and reverse transcriptase primer, wherein said kit further comprises a 2 × NanoPCR Mix, primer and downstream primer wherein, the upstream primer sequence is shown in SEQ ID No.1, downstream primer sequence is shown in SEQ ID No.2. The kit may be used to detect Newcastle disease virus. The present invention further provides a method of using the kit for the detection of Newcastle disease virus, can be rapid and specific detection of Newcastle disease virus, greatly improves the efficiency and specificity of the detection of Newcastle disease virus Newcastle disease virus amplification yields.
