High-resolution banding in chromosomes of B lymphoblastoid cells and cultured skin fibroblasts

High-resolution banded chromosomes were obtained in Epstein-Barr virus-transformed lymphoblastoid cells and cultured skin fibroblasts by aphidicolin synchronization, followed by inhibition of chromoso
