Comparación de las respuestas cardiovasculares al ejercicio y la recuperación.

2020
The study was conducted in 149 athletes from the Guayas Sports Federation (FedeGuayas) who were preparing for the different competitions during their training at the institution's facilities. The research subjects were given progressive workloads from 50 W at 60 rpm in an electrically controlled bicycle ergometer and increased in steps of 25 W per minute until the subject was depleted. Blood pressure and heart rate per minute were recorded during exercise and recovery at intervals of one minute during the course of the exercise and 15 minutes of recovery. Based on the study, it is concluded that significant differences are demonstrated by different categories of physical education players and students in their blood pressure and heart rate responses at different intensities of exercise and at different recovery points.
