Cultivation method of leafy vegetable using ginsenoside fermented liquid

2007
A method of cultivating leafy vegetables is provided to cultivate leafy vegetables rich in nutrients without using pesticides and chemical fertilizer and to prevent insect pests. The cultivation of leafy vegetables is performed by the steps of: mixing ginseng saponin, effective microorganisms, molasses and water, fermenting at 20 to 30deg.C for 5 to 7 days to give fermented liquid of ginseng saponin and its by-products; fermenting clam shells, seaweed powder, fish intestine, oil meal, rice bran, molasses, photosynthetic bacteria liquid and water at 25 to 35deg.C for 5 to 7 days to give fermented liquid of photosynthetic bacteria liquid; mixing effective microorganisms, molasses and water, adding vinegar and alcohol thereto after 2 to 4 days and fermenting at 25 to 35deg.C for 5 to 7 days to give fermented liquid of organic acids; fermenting fish, molasses and photosynthetic bacteria liquid at 15 to 30deg.C for 4 to 6 months to give fermented fish fertilizer; fermenting rice bran, oil meal, fish, fish meal, bone powder, clam shells, chicken manure, elvan and effective microorganisms at 30 to 50deg.C for 5 to 7 days to give fermented organic manure; adding molasses and water to the fermented liquid of ginseng saponin and drenching soil with the fermented liquid; spraying the by-products and fermented liquid of organic acids, sprinkling rice straw and stone powder to give soil for cultivation of leafy vegetables; diluting the fermented liquid of ginseng saponin with water and soaking leafy vegetable seed in the diluted liquid; transplanting young seedlings in soil; diluting the fermented liquid of ginseng saponin, fermented liquid of organic acids and fermented fish fertilizer with water and carrying out foliar fertilization with the diluted liquid; diluting the fermented liquid of ginseng saponin, fermented liquid of photosynthetic bacteria liquid and fermented fish fertilizer and carrying out foliar fertilization with the diluted liquid and drenching soil with diluted fermented fish fertilizer until the young seedlings are grown.
