Design of Evaluation System for Competitive Cooperation Capabilities of Cross-Border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area

The establishment of China Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area indicates that the practice of China’s cross-border e-commerce is moving forward at a more open pace. In a way, the qualitative and quantitative research on regional economy can promote the practice of regional development. Therefore, the evaluation of the collaborative development capabilities of Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area in the new era has become an attractive issue to meet the needs of practice. This paper focuses on the competitive cooperation capabilities of Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area. In the process of exploring the applicability and scientific nature of the indicator system, it draws the comprehensive evaluation system.
