Production method for microbe flocculant

2009
The invention discloses a production method for microbe flocculant, which comprises the following steps: eudomonas fluoresce is inoculated into culture medium by volume ratio according to inoculum size of 1.5-3.0:100 and cultured for 30-48h in the temperature of 25-30 DEG C to prepare microbe flocculant; according to the concentration of formulation constituents in culture medium, the raw materialformulation of the culture medium is as follows: 5-8g/L amylaceum, 0.50-1.75g/L of peptone, 0.5-2.0g/L of monopotassium phosphate, 0.5-5.0g/L of dipotassium phosphate, 100-300mg/L of magnesium sulfate, 200-700mg/L of sodium chloride, and 10-60mg/L of ferrous sulphate; the NaOH is used for regulating Ph to be 6.0-8.0. The microbe flocculant produced by the method can obtain high flocculating rateand few adding amount; and the microbe flocculant is used for water treatment, thus being efficient, simple, convenient, and cheap.
