Degradable masterbatch resin composition of the present invention can be produced contains from oxidative degradation, the degradation of the free radical initiator, light degradation, water and biological degradation of the components, which degrade a variety of synergistic ingredients, greatly enhances the efficacy of degradation, so that waste products made of biodegradable resin compositions of the invention may be completely degraded without any side effects of carbon dioxide and water, to solve the problem of the influence of "white pollution" of the environment.
