Mathematical model analysis of thebrake test-bed based on PID control method

This paper develops mathematical model analysis about automobile brake inertial test-bed, which can better simulate brake’s actual usage patterns, environmental conditions, and performance, and can improve brake development level, brake technology, test technology, and design level. It has the extremely vital significance to product development, quality control and braking performance. Based on analysing the data, evaluating model, and researching control algorithm ,this paper establish the more reasonable mathematic model on control method of brake test-bed.
